Could it be possible for egg to be implanted?

I had unprotected on wed 13th, then had a short period (heavy, but shorter than usual) on Friday 15th. Today I have had very light spotting. Which I have never had before. I generally feel normal. I have only been off the pill for 2 months. So I feel nausea anyway a lot of the time.
