What would you do in this situation?

You have to pick your battles so if you can spare the money it is probably not worth the fight that it might cause. no matter how you approach it, it is going to sound like you feel he is not taking care of you.... this will hurt his man feelings and instead of crying he will get defensive. He will think that you are making him choose between his parents/family and you. So seriously if you can just let him figure it out on his own that they are using him. He will outgrown this or learn to make more money. Make sure to never say anything bad about his family because it can come back and bite you later.
