Real Antivirus/RealAV HELP?

I think i downloaded something with the virus because I get a popup in the bottom right corner saying "Warning! Security report" and it links me to Real Antivirus. But I have NOT downloaded the antivirus program. All i've found on the internet is how to delete the antivirus program, how do i disable the wallpaper changer, the browser ****, the norton 360 stopper thing that disables me to open it, disabled system restore, and all of that. I have this mive virus but I didn't actually install any real antivirus... HELP
