Does tweezing facial hair make it grow back longer and thicker?

ok well recently i plucked out a hair on my face near the lower cheek area it wasnt necessarry to do it because it wasnt or long or thick or even noticable but then it was just bothering me so i took it out will this make it grow back longer or thicker because i heard that by doing this you are stimulating the follicle which will cause it to be longer and thicker can anyone who has experienced this tell me
