What would you do in this situation?

Say you you had major back surgery june 22nd of this year and your still in recovery . Then about the 3/4 month in school . This bully keeps bothering you nonstop at school but you cant do anything about it because you still in recovery . You dont want to fight him/her because it could possibly damage your back permantly and nobody wants to be a snitch. What do you do ? I could be in this situation .
