How would i get my high school which is a charter school...to get a basketball team ?

How would i get my high school witch is a charter school...to get a b-ball team ? my schools name is new urban and its a charter school in oak grove , oregon. there are about 30 people that like to play basketball at our school.... how would i get a team going?
