Is it possible to put a fender strat pic gaurd on a a fender tele?

It depends on the pickup routing in both guitars. If they have the same pickup routing, then yes - the screw hole placement is probably the same and the holes routed for the pickups would match up. However, most typical strats have a humbucker and two single coil pickups while most teles have three single coils.
