Added fuel additive to vectra 2ldi club estate after afew miles cut out wont start please help with problem?

We could do with knowing what additive you used and how much you added. If it was just the recommended "maintenance" dose it's unlikely to be the additive that's caused the problem. It is possible that your fuel filter was well clogged anyway and the additive has loosened the crud to block the system.
