Does anyone know what make up artists use in photo shoots to give models skin that sheen??

Thanks to everyone that answered this before, but i actually meant on the body rather than the face. I know there are millions of products you can use on your face, but im looking for a moisturiser that will higlight aswell as moisturise. I have already used dove which has light reflecting particles in it, but none i have found so far have come close to the nivea one which i think has been discontinued?
