Is political correctness run amuck a new religion or affecting traditional ones?

I think it has run amok in many new and some traditional religions. But the basic truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ can't be changed, and it is found, I believe, in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
