Sled dogs paper...any ideas for a good paragraph?

Im doing a paper for english on sled dogs. my first paragraph is on the breeds of dogs. Like why they chosse that breed and the qualitites it has. So i needed help putting a good paragraph together that is good for someone in the 7th grade.!!
