What the hell is NATO's and the UN's problem?

What is with the nonstop military action in different parts of the world. Just what the hell did Libya do to us, that we feel the need to bomb their country? This is f*cking bullshit, we pay taxes so that our government can bomb country's that have had no problem with us?
