Tell him... If the wonder of wanting his love has forced you to ask COMPLETE strangers, then he must be the real deal for you. But, even though he may want you like that, don't be shocked or surprised if he wants to stay friends... And if he does, you CAN still be friends and it'll be awkward for some time before things are as normal :)
