Hey, I'm trying to amp up my workout motivation. I'm not unhealthy/out of shape, but I definitely could look better. I know lots of people put pictures up on their fridges/computers and what not as visual reminders to get to the gym and put down the nachos. My question, do you think it's better to have out of shape pics of yourself, pics of yourself when you looked great and want to get back to it, or pictures of celebrity bodies you want (within reason of course)? I haven't tried any of these things, just wondered if this has worked for anyone.
